The Pacific North (PNACURH) and the Southern Pacific (SPACURH) are merged to form the Pacific Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (PACURH).

1983
Bob Tattershall of the University of California at Santa Barbara is elected as the National Conference Resources Consultant. He holds this office until 1990 when he takes on the role of National Advisor.

1984
Jan Schrieber of San Diego State University is elected as the National Secretary/Treasurer.
Western Washington University is selected as the host site of the NRHH National Office

1985
Bill Chandler of the University of Southern California is elected as National Secretary/Treasurer.

1986
The NACURH conference is held at the University of San Francisco.
The University of California, Santa Barbara is selected as School of the Year.

San Diego State University is selected as the National School of the Year.
Allan Blattner from San Diego State University is elected as the NACURH Chairperson.

Occidental College is selected as the National School of the Year. 1991 Amy Stockly is elected as the NACURH Chairperson.
PACURH and IACURH host the first joint regional social.

The University of Southern California is selected as the host site of the National Publications Office.
Russell Royball is elected as the National Educator for SATN. PACURH receives the Best Regional Display.
PACURH receives the first ever Best Regional Spirit Award at NACURH. PACURH adopts a Diversity Statement.

PACURH celebrates its 30th birthday at the PACURH conference.
PACURH adopts green, blue, and yellow as its official colors.

1995
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas bids to host the NRHH National Office.

1996
PACURH elects the frog as its official mascot.
PACURH creates a Three-year Service Pin.

1997
Legislation is passed for the region to pay full travel for the RCCs, placing the entire RBD on an equal platform.
Chantal Blanchard of Washington State University and PACURH Director receives a Gold Pin from the NACURH National Chair.
San Diego State University bids to host NACURH.
PACURH hosts their first conference in Canada at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia
PACURH selects its first hotel conference site, jointly hosted by College of Notre Dame and San Jose State University in 1998.

The NBD creates the Bronze Pin Award based on legislation submitted by University of California, San Diego.

1999
University of California, San Diego receives the National Program of the Year Award.
San Francisco State University receives the National Commitment to Diversity Award.
PACURH passes legislation to allow award bids to be posted on the Internet.
PACURH creates the positions of Presidential Resource Coordinator and Associate Director of Programming.

The University of Southern California successfully bids to host NACURH 2001.
Nova Gattman of Western Washington University is named National NCC of the Year.

2001
PACURH wins awards for spirit, banner, and display.
NACURH 2001 at the University of Southern California is a huge success with 2000+ delegates and 200+ schools in attendance.

PACURH wins awards for spirit, banner, and display.
NACURH 2002 at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities is a huge success with 3000+ delegates and 200+ schools in attendance.

The University of Southern California is awarded the NACURH 50th Anniversary Award at Saint Louis University

PACURH Director Jimmy French, hosted at Western Washington University, receives a Gold Pin from the NACURH National Chairperson

Jess Terry, NACURH Services & Recognition Office, Associate Director of Administration & Finance is elected to the National Executive position: National Associate for Finance

Legislation was passed at PACURH 2009 that PACURH supports the creation of a National Committee to research a NACURH name change.

2010
No Frills 2010 PACURH passes Resolution that supports the use of “guys” as not being inclusive and the use of “hey all” or similar should be used when referring to groups of people.
UCSD hosts NACURH 2010. Theme: “Reunite, Recreate, Reinspire”
Megan Simpkinson and Samantha Wojdynski awarded with Gold Pins. Both represent the University of California, San Diego.
The largest PACURH conference to date was hosted by Southern Oregon University.

Amy Funk, hosted by Portland State University was awarded a Gold Pin from the NACURH Chairperson.
No Frills is hosted by the University of British Columbia. The second PACURH affiliated conference to be hosted in Canada.

Legislation passed to promote gender inclusivity and Trans* Awareness at all PACURH affiliated conferences.
Legislation passed to engage PACURH in strategic planning and visioning every three years

Adopted new Regional Board of Directors positions: Associate Director for Presidents; Coordinating Officer for Communication & Technology; Coordinating Officer for Northern Relations; Coordinating Officer for Southern Relations; Coordinating Officer for Spirit & Bidding.
NACURH moved from Quickbooks to Xero and NACURH purchased Zoom for digital meeting formats.

Created Advocacy Pin to support and raise funds for advocacy projects for campus's in the PACURH region.
Associate Director for Presidents name changes to Coordinating Officer for Presidents.
Coordinating Officer for Northern Relations; Coordinating Officer for Southern Relations positions where combined to create the Coordinating Officer for PACURH Relations.
