Multiple transportation options are available for getting to and from the Eugene Airport!

Accessibility Conference Shuttles

There will be an accessibility shuttle running during transition periods in the conference. This access will be limited, so please be mindful of those who will be in the most need of this resource. 

Timing of shuttle:

  • Friday Evening: 6:30pm - 7:30pm Hayward inn to Straub

  • Friday Evening: 8:00pm - 8:30pm Straub to GSH

  • Friday Evening: 9:00pm - 11:00pm GSH to Hayward inn

  • Saturday Morning: 8:00am - 9:30am Hayward inn to Straub

  • Saturday Evening: 5:30pm - 6:30pm Straub to GSH

  • Friday Evening: 10:00pm - 11:00pm GSH to Hayward inn

  • Sunday Morning: 8:00am - 9:30am hayward inn to Straub
